VOIP VLAN VPN

I am trying to connect a cisco pbx system at one location to the phones at a different location. I am using vpns. I have something wrong because the remote phones cannot get to the CM. I have tried setting the phones to static IP addresses (20.x and 52.x) and tried setting to dhcp. I am attaching a chart of what I have done. See my lonely phone in the lower right.

Hi,

You may need to enable dhcp relay on ASA and some minor config may rquire on router end. Check the below doc. The example does not have router on the other end, but will give you some idea.
