I have a current customer that is looking to launch a cloud based service CRM based on the Caller ID number of the calling party. I have scoured around and I can not find anything that will fit the bill for this customer. Fonality calls it Web Launcher. This is my next step.
Install the Outlook Toolbar, this will load the Cisco TAPI. The web application then needs to use the Cisco TAPI to control the phone.
