What Happens when....

HI,

I was hoping you could help me i think i know the answer but want to make sure.

A user has 2 phones with the same extension, One is at her house/office and one is in HQ.

If the user puts DND on her H/O phone, can she still recieve calls on her HQ phone?

We will be using a UC560 and SPA509G & spa525g2 phones

Hi Nathan,

Here's the behaviour:

Normal Priority Call with DND Ringer Off Enabled on a Shared Line

   1. Phone B activates DND. Phone B displays Do Not Disturb is active.

2. Phone A dials a shared line on phone B.

3. Phone B beeps, and phone B', which shares the line, rings normally.

4. Phone A receives ringback tone.
