Hi All,
For one of our customer , they have SPA 504G phones and they are not registering to UC540. i tried to registered them by directly connecting to issue but is not even taking IP address. Is this happening because of not enough license ??? Because by default with uc540 it will have 30 user license and still there are only 29 used , you can see the attached files. i dont know may be i am missing some configuration or it is becuase of license.

If the pone don't receive an ip there is a problem on your network to the DHCP. That is noo voice related problem, neither it is a license issue.
If you run out of license the registration of the phone will be rejected, but IP must work.

You are correct , it was not the problem of licenses it is because of phones i need to disable the cdp from phones !!
