525G Video Monitoring

Setup

UC540 Software Pack 8.1.0

525G Software Version 7.4.6

PVC 2300 Firmware 1.1.2.6

When I go throught the Video Monitoring Wizard - no errors. But from the Phone, when i go to Video Monitoring - I see my camera but when i press monitor ... nothing happens.

I log into the SPA525G web page and see the setting are correct for Camera

I can open up the RTSP stream from VLC and from Office Manager 1.2...

Is this a known issue?

Working fine here.

Both 7-4-6 and 7-4-7 with the camera on stated FW.

Do you see the red check next to the cameras name in the Phone Screen?

You didnt go on the camera GUI and set the camera MJPEG for higher than 5FPS, did you?

You can still watch MPEG-4 from other sources since the camera is dual stream, dual codec...  just dont change MJPEG for this application.
