525G won't get configuration on UC560

Help, please.

I've just deployed a UC560 with SPA502's and 525g's, the 502 are registering fine and getting the correct ip address.  The 525's are also getting the correct ip address, however they are not getting any configuration.  I've checked and rechecked all that I know that may be causing this.  Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

What software pack is on the UC?  It's possible that it's running an older version of IOS that didn't support the 525.

Are the phones SPA525G or SPA525G2?  Most likely the IOS version of the UC560 must be updated to provide the correct phone model support.  If you install the CCA version 3.2(1) it should update the UC560 to the correct IOS version.

Did loading CCA 3.2(1) and updating the IOS version resolve your issue?

I believe this requires a valid CCO account to download.
