7921 + UC560 , Cannot change settings.

I've been modifying these 7921 phones by going to settings,

then unlocking network profiles with **# , however I think the latest 8.1 phone loads have changed something as EVERYTHING but Phones Settings is grey'd out and nothing happens when you try to unlock the settings with **#.  When you go into Phone Settings everything is grey'd out as well.

Is there a new unlock sequence?  I cannot locate any mention of this anywhere.  Thanks!

You may need to reset the phone.

To reset the 7921 phone follow this steps. from the phone go to Settings→Phone Settings then quickly press **2 and answer yes to reset back to factory default. Then try to setup the wireless/phone settings.
