Hi

does anyone know, is there any issues with 7937 conference phone working on UC560. when i plug a 7937 its keep configuring IP.

firmware loaded

snmp-server community public RO

tftp-server flash:/phones/521_524/cp524g-8-1-17.bin alias cp524g-8-1-17.bin

tftp-server flash:/phones/5x5/spa5x5-7-4-2.bin alias spa5x5-7-4-2.bin

tftp-server flash:/phones/7937/apps37sccp.1-3-4-0.bin alias

apps37sccp.1-3-4-0.bin

and

cnf-file perphone

load 7937 apps37sccp.1-3-4-0

load 521G-524G cp524g-8-1-17

But the phone not coming online

try factory reset before opening a case.

Where I have seen this before, replacement phones worked (RMA)

press 'globe' button first then then **1

Here is one which works if this helps for reference.
