7945G and 7965G cannot load SCCP45.8-5-3S

Phones are currently using firmware SCCP45.8-3-3SR2S.  Just upgraded the UC560 to pak UC560-8.2.0.zip.

They attempt to load SCCP45.8-5-3S and error.   Phones finish booting and the firmware on them stays at SCCP45.8-3-3SR2S.    

Tried a reset and did factory reset.  The factory reset put the phone in limbo.  this is happening on 7945G and 7965G

Boy, have we had this one a lot. You have to manually install (or I think CCA 3 might do it now) an intermediate phone firmware first vefore the new load can be installed on the phone. Don't know the exact number, but on one of the prior we had to do 8-5-2 before the 8-5-3 would take.
