The front receptionist has a 7965G phone and requested a wireless headset so she could move around and still be able to tap on the side of the headset to answer incoming calls. I purchased the CS510 (headset) with the APC-41 (hook switch) cable. I followed the directions and set it up. However, now I am wondering if this feature is even supported on BE3K 8.4 version? If i go to settings, device config, media config, and scroll to "headset hookswitch control" it says disabled? Is there a way to enable this feature? or did I just purchase all this equip and shoot myself in the foot?
