Just a quick note to see if anyone can correct the Power Save issue on some 7975's we have. They used to work fine with our business schedule hours (open/close), however all of a sudden (not sure if we contributed anything) they don't. If you reboot the phone when we are closed they will suspend and become active as per the time below, but again not our open time. That is 9am - 5:30pm
From the Power Save Config :-
Display On Time
07:30
Display On Duration
10:30
Display Idle Timeout
01:00
To note, idle for 1hr doesnt work either. Any assistance is appreciated.

The config looks good, can you verify that you have the correct time on the phones?
I would make the following changes....
config t
telephony-service
service phone displayIdleTimeout 01:00
service phone displayOnDuration 09:00
service phone displayOnTime 08:55
service phone displayOnWhenIncomingCall 1

We would value your input on the Office Manager end user tool (in beta now)

Actually, could you please use this download link for Office Manager?

Thanks,

Can you provide your UC500 configuration? Remember to remove passwords.
The time on and off for this configuration is stored in some service commands.

This parameters might be what you are missing.

Steve,
Worked a treat, and very well explained. Made sense.
We are SMB users of this system, we find CCA OK, but in reality much of this depends on a high level of CLI, we would have some level of experience in this with CCNA but not for CCVP.
Thanks for taking the time to assist us here, have a good one.
Regards,
Phil.

Error showing up when trying to login using Office Manager - Error Reading Phone Settings...?

Philip,
Is the display dimming command the only one you have added using CLI? Office Manager, like CCA, does not like certain CLI and won't work for a non-CCA compatible system.

No, we have had many commands added using CLI, both ours and more so Cisco Support have done many things via CLI.
That said, should we leave it?

Yes, at this point I would say don't use it. Sorry for that.
