I need to be able to route calls during business hours directly to the receptionist phone and after hours to an AA with a couple of options and GDM. I would like to do this without the receptionist having to activate this service on a daily basis. Just looking for some ideas on the best way to complete. I am thinking I need some typ of night service config that will forward the calls to the created AA after hours but I need to get my head around the night service config first. Any thougts would be appreciated.
