AA/Can't input extension for recording prompts

I have a fully updated UC540 running CCA 3.2 (2).

I am trying to enable the AA, and record the prompts.

When I go to the Auto-Attendant/Prompt Management tab, and enter an extension (ANY of my extensions) as the prompt recording extension, it gets circled in red and I cannot save the settings.

I've added prompt administrators.  I've tried just myself, I've tried everyone, I've tried nobody, it doesn't help.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong, any ideas?  Am I providing enough details?

Hi. Just to be clear on the answer here. This is because you must specify an unused extension on the system in the prompt management extension field rather that your own. Using any unused extension number has worked in my experience. Please correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Hello jeliasoncisco,

You are right .. Each extension in the system should be unique. So you need to use unused extension for prompt management.
