Is there currentlty the ability to use Variables to adjust the way descriptions and line appearances are written to the phone through user profiles?
I see that currently descriptions are defined as firstname lastname username extension. The big place i would like more control over is for the line appearance. if we could write into the template using predefined variables we could work around only the extension showing on the line.
ie
%FIRSTNAME% %LASTNAME% - %EXTENSION%
