ACD & Live Attendant
Can someone assist with how the following can be accomplished with a UC560?
End user would like all calls to their main number to be answered by a Live Attendant using a SPA-525G and CallConnector Operator to route calls to parties.
Whenever the Attandant is on their phone, they would like the UC560 to automatically answer the call and alert the caller their call will be answered shortly.
Can this be accomplished?
Is there any way to give an estimated wait time to the caller?
I suppose you can have Call Forward Busy set on the SPA525G to a BACD hunt group, and there you can customize greeting and put the call into a queue, which agents can pull from. No wait times though.
