After a bulk user load, is there a default PIN assigned to the users?

I didn’t see anything listed in the Admin guide, only instructions on how to change individual PIN’s.

No, there is not a default PIN for all users. We would need to change this individually for each user by accessing and editing the user's page in the web interface.
