After installing CUACCE I have "Cannot find any phones" error

After installing CUACCE I have the following error…“Cannot find any phones, please check Cisco TSP installation or consult your System Administrator”
 
Windows Task Manager shows that TspAutoInstall_1.exe is running. I have removed and reinstalled CUACCE. Client is Windows 7 Professional. Service Pack 1

After installing CUACCE I have "Cannot find any phones" error

On BE3K, you have to configure user(s) as an attendant. Navigate to the Users/Phones page and select attendant group. Add specific users that you require use of the CUAC-CE and remember that an additional enhanced license is required for them to run the console. During CUACCE installation, when it asks for operator’s userid and password, that specific user’s userid and password has to be entered. If you give BE3K admin userid and password (common mistake as this is not made clear), then typically this error is seen.
