Hi Sir,

after press IE 192.168.10.1 the uc320 hang on green bar,not going to login page,what reason happen?

Flash player version 11.

please see attachment file and urgent reply.

There is a known problem with Flash Player version 11 and the UC320. See the alert at the top of the UC320 support community, but the short answer is you will need to downgrade your flash player to version 10.

Or use Firefox which does not seem to have this problem
