Any way to provide an Audible Tone when another Call is coming in?

Maybe I'm missing something in configuration but here it goes.

UC320W system in Blend Mode with 7 525G2 phones.

Phone has 1 Extension assinged (120) with the ability for 2 calls on 120

User is on a active call on 120.  A net new call comes into 120 for whcih the 525G2 phone starts to flash indicating another call but if you are looking away, on a conference call, etc. you can very easily miss this other incoming call.

Is there any setting either on a global basis or per phone basis to beep or provide any sort of audible tone that alerts that another call (internal or external) is waiting to be answered?

There is a PMF available to enable Call Waiting tone.

One of my customers has two FXO lines that both route to a shared extension x200 that is present on all phones.  When the first call comes in, all phones ring as they're supposed to; however, when the second call comes in no phones ring.  Not only does the user who answered the first call get no call waiting tone, but apparently no other phones in the office ring, either.

Will this PMF fix this issue as well?
