any way to tell which group is being called?

So we have 3 managers who share one assistant. So I'm getting ready to set each manager in a group with the same assistant so that the one manager's phone and the shared assistant phone will ring if any of the manager's phones ring. But they'd really like the assistant to know which manager is being called. Will the assistant see which group is being called? Or is there any way to do this?

Some of the calls are going to come from an auto attendant menu and some will be transfered from other places in the business.

Hi Mark,

You can accomplish this by creating three Additional Extensions for the receptionist.  Then associate each Additional Extension to the hunt group with the appropriate Manager.  Thus Additional Extension #1 will ring when Manager #1 Hunt group is called, Additional Extension #2 will ring when manager #2 Hunt Group dialed...

The only caveat is that the receptionist must have a phone model such as a SPA508G or SPA509G that will accomodate the extra line buttons along with any other functions used by receptionist.

Cheers,

Julio
