We have a customer with a UC540 and they want to do a Telstra divert - *21<number to divert to># on their trunks, on an ah-hoc basis.
I couldn't find a way (outside CLI) to programme outbound to allow these patterns (including #21# to deactivate divert).
I contacted Cisco support and they said that this was not supported and recommended I post the question here.
Any suggestions & help will be appreciated.

For CCA questions, please post to "small business voice - UC500". You can move your post using the Actions panel on the right.
Otherwise use CLI, that as you hinted, does everything and some more.
