Auto Attendant on Key system UC320w

Am I able to have the Auto attendant answer the calls first when I am in key mode?

Hi Tyler,

Unfortunately in Key Mode, you have to route the Inbound FXOs to a Shared FXO and then have Call Forward No Answer set to Auto Attendant.

You have to set the UC320W to Blend or PBX mode in order to route inbound FXO calls directly to Auto Attendant.
