Auto Attendant UC540

Hi All

 

I am looking for some help setting up the auto Attendant on a UC540. I was testing with the default Menu prompts that come with the system for example AAbusinessopen.wav and aabusinessclosed.wav

 

I am using the CCA to configure this. These are the steps I followed

1. I set the incoming dial plan for all 3 lines to auto attendant

2. Setup the Auto Attendant with the following settings

    - AA Extension: 38

    - AA script aa_sbcs_v03.aef
    - set the menu prompt for both closed and open hours to the dault wav files.

   - Set the key 0 to dial a blast group I have set up  and the closed keys to go to voicemail or after hours number

3. Setup a schedule for business hours and also setup the night service feature

 

However when calling all that happens is one of my lines automatically picks up the call but you can't do anything from there

 

Any help would be appreciated

Hi ,

 

The default AAbusinessopen.wav is just silence so you may press "0" when the line is connected and see if it is working.

You may record your prompt so that you can hear somehting.
