autoattendant : ring 1 phone few seconds then AA

I want to be able to do this :

when someone call at the office, secretary's phone ring 4-5 times and if she doesn't pick up the phone, the auto attendant answers.

Right now i can only get the auto attendant to answer immediatly when sometone call at the office.

If you read the product documentation, or even better, get a person with knowledge to setup the system, you will be able to configure "call forward no answer to Auto Attendant".

Simply put the AA pilot number/extension in the CFNA (call forward no answer) section for the secretary's phone. Set the timeout to about 4 or 5.

Hai how  to set automatic attendant in uc560 .i have a wave record file and i need to set auto attendant .

when ever calller calls the main number should here the Recorded sound and if they know extenstion number should forwarded there
