Hi all,
Does anyone know a way to setup a custom button to forward the current call you are on to a predetermined phone number? For example, a caller calls an extension, the Jabber user picks up the call and presses a button that transfers the call to a predefined voicemail box. Can this be done in the XML code?

Well, with XML you may simulate keyboard events. So if it can be done on keyboard, it can be done by XML. Unfortunately, it's not so reliable as it assumes known initial phone state.
You should implement the function you described on PBX instead.

Hello Dan,
An alternative for this would be to leverage the iDivert softkey.
