B-ACD with wrong ringback tone; american instead german

Hello,

I configured a UC560 with the package 8.1.0 and set up the B-ACD in drop-through

Everything works fine - only one problem ...

The UC is located in Germany and I use the german localization package

and all call progress tones are german.

But if someone calls the extension of the hunt-group from the B-ACD

he hears the american ringback tone instead of the german.

I can´t find any commands on the CLI or in the CCA and although in the

TCL-scripts app-b-acd-3.0.0.2.tcl I can´t find somehing that matches this feature.

I would recommend that you open a TAC case for this so that CDET is filed and the correct ring back tone is put in. Thanks.

Hi,

no further help needed ...

Last day I replaced the commands in the telephony-service

user-locale U4 load CME-locale-de_DE-German-8.1.2.1.tar

network-locale U4

with the following statements

user-locale DE load CME-locale-de_DE-German-8.1.2.1.tar

network-locale DE

and it works.

The U4 settings in the configuration are from the CCA, because I set up the UC

with bilingual settings german/english.

But why this error occured ... I don´t know ... however, now it works correct.
