I have a replacement UC500 for a customer. I setup the new box from scratch. Most of the dn #'s matched up expect for a couple. I tried to backup the voicemail information from the old box and restored on the new box. The restored vm greetings on the new box do not match up with the correct user/extensions. Is there any way to fix this? Reassign the greetings to the correct extensions?

The information in CUE follows the extension, not the actual phone. What exactly did you do to back up and restore? Please be very specific, in case we need to recreate.

I backed up using the CUE. Administration > Backup/Restore > Start Backup. I checked the data category.

This is very strange. I am pretty sure this is configuration related. May I kindly ask you to open a TAC case to track this down?
