Is there a way to bulk import a System Speed Dial list?
I tried editing the speeddial.xml and 'uploading' it but that doesn't work.

So I woould thnk you could TFTP it off manually, replace it and put it back, then have CCA read it?
I wonder if the editor you are using adds unneeded charachters?

To configure System Speed Dials, choose Configure > Telephony > Voice Features > System Speed Dial from the feature bar.
From the System Speed Dial window, you can set local speed dial numbers.
A list of frequently called numbers can be created for all phones. A phone user can quickly dial a number from a list by using a speed-dial number. You can add, edit, or delete speed-dial entries. The list entries can be moved up or down the list and appear on the telephone display in the order in which they are listed. A maximum of 32 frequently called numbers can be defined in the list.
To enable a local speed-dial menu for all IP phones, perform the following steps:
If the list has reached the maximum number of entries allowed, the Add button is disabled.
