Hi Paul,

If you don't see anything on the connected display after a few moments, the unit would appear to be defective.  Please raise an RMA for replacement.

The normal boot process would typically take 20 minutes - so those of you reading this without access to a monitor, expect to see the system light flash for this duration.  Boot cycle is complete when the system LED is solid green.

Paul,

I am sure you would have done this, but just checking. Did you push the power lamp? The power lamp doubles as the power button. You need to push it to boot it up.

Thanks Navin, yes have tried this.

Hi Andrew

Yes i'm familair with the boot process, we have a LAB system for testing and i have installed a couple of these.

I dont get any display when connected and the power light flashes.

I'm going to arrange for a replacement.

thanks for your response.
