BE 3000 Phone Firmware

Hello,

I'm looking to roll back firmware on 6941 (SIP) phones. The BE 3000 provides a list of installed software and the ability to upgrade. We do not see a way to delete the new .cop files so we can roll back.

Any ideas or knowledge articles would be great.

Each BE3k software image also includes a phone firmware image that the phones download.

Why do you need to rollback the phone firmware?
