BE 3000 Release 9.0

When will release 9.x be available for BE3K?  I am looking for FAX to email and Presence.  Will either of those features be available?

These features are on the roadmap. However we do not have a committed release plan at this time in which it will be delivered.

Will update when there is more visibility in release plan for it.

One clarification.

Presence with hosted Webex and Jabber client is already supported. By Presence. I assume you meant on-prem Presence supported on the server as a service.
