We ordered the BE6000 bundle from distribution and it came with 9.x installed. The licensing our distributor had us order was for 10.x. When I try to use the PUT tool to order or download the media for 10.x it tells me that our SmartNet is not eligible because it knows that our licensing is already on version 10.
What to do?
