Begin VoiP process

Hi, I have been tasked with finding out a voip solution and have been looking at the UC300 & UC500 series products.

We have a small business and would need 13 physical phones.  We have 6Mbps DSL through ATT and was wondering how this all ties together?

So my questions are that we would need one of the 2 products mentioned, then a VoiP provider?  Who are the best voip providers?  Should I stick with ATT to be the best call quality since we have them for internet already?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Brian,

Suggest looking at the Cisco SMART Design Guides documents.  There is a suite for the UC500 solution and a suite for the UC300.  You can find them here:

Thanks Chris, I tried to looks at those but it appears you have to be a cisco partner to be able to look at anything on their website.  I couldn't even look at resource documents on the public pages for UC300, UC500.

Doesn't make sense to me I would think Cisco would want to sell as much of their hardware as possible, now I have to look at another solution...
