Big problems with WIP310 wireless ip phones

I have buyed 30 wip310 for my Company and I have tried now 4 of them. Any phone that i tried shudown itself

randomsly. I'm not sure but I think during the trepass from an accesspoint to another.

Some one can help me? This phones are unusable jet.

All phones have the last firmware 5.0.11 (10301355)

Hi Matteo;

These phones are not meant to support roaming (talking through multiple APs). Can you please describe your wireless infrastructure?

Hi Alberto, thank you for your answer.

We have an Motorola RFS6000 wireless switch with 16 access point radios model AP300.

I'm not sure that the problem is relatet to the roaming, because if I try to call and move to another AP

the phone normally makes the trepass without problems. Ok, sometimes the call will dropped, but is not

that the problem, the problem is that al least one time in an hour the phone shuts down, so I don't know that

the phone in my poket is powered down and other people can not call me. This is a big problem for us.

I have buyed 30 wip310 and tried 4 of them and all have the same problem.
