Solved: Button Assignments SPA525G SPA500S

Is there a way to configure one or more of the buttons on the SPA500S (32-button Console) to an external number? Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance.

Hi Saj,

You have to program them as speed dial buttons. In CCA when you select the user to edit, there is the speed dial tab next to button assignments tab. When you program the speed dial's, keep in mind that the speed dial button number 1 starts at the last button programmed from Button assignments tab. They are not 1 to 1, 2 to 2, etc. Just make sure you put a 9 in front of the number as if you were dialing from the phone.
