My call blast final destination is VM but I get a fast busy tone for an internal call and a busy tone when the call is from PSTN.
I can reach the mail blast mailbox and leave a message when using the direct transfer to VM.
Any ideas ?

Ensure that your individual extension call forward timeout is HIGHER than the blast group timeout.

This happens alot since the default values for Call Blast groups are longer than the default for lines.
Adjust it in CCA as follows:
COnfigure: Telephony: Phone Groups: Call Blast groups...adjust the timeout to say 20 seconds (a typical duration)
COnfigureL Telephony: Voice --> User Extensions Tab --> selct each member phone and adjust the CFNA timer at the bottom right, something higher than 20.
DO them all, click apply and save in CCA.
You can of course adjust how you like.
We raised an enhanement request for CCA for this so the default works better out of the box.
