Hi Everyone,
A customer of mine is having a problem with the toolbar on his IE page as it says no lines are currently available. I havent dealt with the is product before so was wondering, where is this toolbar configured. Is it on the PC itself or from the call connector server.
Customer has UC560 with SCC Advanced client server.
