call forward after auto attendant in the BE3000

Hello,

After the greeting, if you do not press any button, greeting played 2 more times and the connection is broken. But the greeting reads, "Our company welcomes you! Please, input extension number or wait for a response the Secretary." How do I configure, if there is no input passed, call forward to the Secretary?

Hi Denis

Are you using the default AA greeting, or have you uploaded a custom AA greeting file?

The AA does not have a default handler, if there is no user input. That is a functionality we are adding in next release.

Currently AA requires admin to program keys and users to press keys to be able to route to an extension.
