Hi
I am running a UC540 and I can't find a way to program a call park reversion as well as a reversion notification timer for call on hold.
Does anyone knows how to do this?
Thanks
Denis

Denis,
Yes, you can configure a timeout for a parked call as well as a particular extension to send the call to after the timeout. See the following link.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/admin/configuration/guide/cmepark.html#wp1010722
Hope this helps.

Hi Brandon
Maybe it's because it's Friday afternoon ! But I dont get it.
My park feature is already working (slots 701-708), it was programmed with CCA. Now I just want to had a reversion to the originator after 1 minute. I also want to add a "beep" to be heard when someone puts a call on hold.
Thanks
Denis

Denis,
I'm not sure if this can be accomplished using CCA, but you can do it from the command line.
Hold recall
router#(config-ephone-dn)number 111
router#(config-ephone-dn)park-slot timeout 60 limit 1 recall
Beep for call on hold
router#(config-ephone-dn)hold-alert 60 (idle|originator|shared|shared-idle)
If you enter hold-alert 60 ?, you will see the definitions of the options in parentheses above.
Hope this helps.
