call to huntgroup not reaching voicemail

Hi

we have sales group 4 phones ringing same time

the configuration below

voice hunt-group 2 parallel
final 399
list 209,205,206,217
timeout 25
pilot 501

but when ial to test. it rings all the phone then cut off, not reaching the voicemail. any idea

Hi Shammer,

Is this the same system that you are going to rebuild on the weekend?

Also make sure the time-out on the blast group is less than the time-outs on the phones themselves.

Hi David

this blast group issue is in another system. the system which I'm going to rebuild was mention on my other posts (SMTP to mac mail, DTMF tone issue, Intercompany ext, MOH & ipod and 7937 conference phone)

Can you check your time-outs and make sure that the blast group is before the extensions?
