CallConnector Adv Client Call Status

Our client is having a problem with their CallConnector Advanced Client software not showing that people are currently on the phone. It will show initially that they are on a call, but after a few seconds it will go back to looking like they aren't on a call anymore, even when they still are.

It does work properly sometimes, but because it is so inconsistent, they can't rely on it.

Is there a way to fix this so it will show properly all the time?

Update: I am now seeing that the status changes to available after a refresh. But, if the cursor is hovered over the user status, a box pops up and shows the correct status while the status light still shows the incorrect status. The workstation using Operator does not appear to have the problem from what we have seen so far.
