Is there a matrix with compatibility information for the CallConnector Toolbar?
Ex: Windows 7 X64 + Outlook 2010 X64 or Windows 7 X64 + Outlook 2007 X32, etc

That document says both X32 and X64 versions of windows are supported, but does not mention Outlook. Any idea where I might find that information?

Assume the Outlook version that was current at the time of the document was published (circa 2010 I suppose), and nothing else.
You know, when it comes to PC software (and heaven forbids, Apple), Cisco is a "little bit" challenged.

Unfortunately I have definitely realized that over the last few years...
The reason I asked is I have a customer on X64 Win7 + Outlook 2010 that it is not working for... which I thought was a supported configuration.

I am running call connector on x64 win 7, with outlook 2010 successfully. I remember having some issues and I vaguely recall having to use the x32 version. Drop me a PM, I will give you the the e-mail addresses for 2 of the individuals at Cisco who were very helpful in resolving my issues with call connector.
