CallConnector Operator Standalone - NO USER PHONE STATUS

Hi there. I am having a hard time to get all the feature available on CallConnector Operator Standalone with UC560. Clearly standalone version supports phone user presence and the operator person should see the phone status at least of the edn users before placing o transfering a call. This does not work for me. I have already installed the license and have the latest version of the software 2.1.0.10 and all other features work pretty well.

Does anybody have or had similar issues? Please advise.

End user status is displayed on the SCC Standalone operator using RADIUS (Voip start and stop messages sent from UC5xx to SCC Operator).

This shows calls in various states.

The jellybean status however (presence) requires a SCC Advanced Server and clients.
