I am using SB voice system - SPA9000, SPA400 & SPA9xx in Saudi Arabia. I am having caller ID problem, it does not display the correct number or only part of it is correct or Anonymous caller.
Sometimes it is difficult to even guess the number and cant call back any miss calls but only internal extensions.
Few Incoming calls looks like : 602268003026922602-6192155 602268003026922602
: 00009161926048693 -6192155 00009161926048693
: Anonymous Caller
Country localization was correct, tried other solutions mentioned in other caller id problem disscusion here in support community, also tried 1.1.2.3 beta version.
Is there any one with the similar caller id problem in Saudi Arabia and managed to solve it.
Customer is really upset on this issue, any help from any one will be much appreciated.

Dear Sir;
Can you provide logs of the SPA400? as well as the localization settings you used?
Another question, how many PSTN lines are connected to the SPA400?
Regards
Alberto

Dear Sir;
I see the SPA400 detecting the digits, so could you please let me know (with a example) what's the real number and what is the SPA400 showing (I would like to find a pattern).
On another subject, could you please decrease the receive gain on the SPA400 to see if there is a detection issue related with the level?
Additional Questions: Is this connected to a true PSTN line or a PBX?
Regards
Alberto

Dear Alberto,
Ex;
1 - 9226825413 - 6191122 9226825413 --> 922 is extra, 6191122 is the PSTN line number.
2 - 0326471692 - 6191122 0326471692 --> similarly 032 is extra.
3 - 00009200026614161 - 6191122 00009200026614161 --> similarly 0000920002
These are the few numbers displayed on caller ID. Underlined numbers are the real numbers. Is it possible to get only underline number. Random digits are added with the real number. I tried to reduce the recieve gain to -3 and then to -5 but still getting extra digits with the real number. It is a true PSTN line.
