Callpickup on SPA504G

Hello,

I have problems with Pickup function on

SPA504G and asterisk server 1.4.30

I have configured functions  blf, sd, cp on lines 2-4

(regarding http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/csbpipp/ip_phones/administration/guide/spa500_admin.pdf)

(group="Phone/Line_Key_2">fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=9190@$PROXY;ext=9190@$PROXY</Extended_Function_2_>).

BLF works well, SD works well, but CP does not.

I make a call from SIP/91413 to SIP/9190 and try to pickup the call on SIP/9199

After pushing blinking linebutton, phone sends only *8 to server. I suppose it should be *89190.

Dialing manualy *89190 pickups the call.

Make sure the asterisk is configured for directed call pickup.

On the phone, you would need to add # to the *8 in the call pickup code.

The # means directed call pickup, so it would be *8#.  Without the #, it means group call pickup.

Thank you, with code

*8#

it works well.
