Calls to CUE module fast busy, CC disconnect 38SIP disconnect 503

Hey all.  I'm working on a UC560 I installed a couple of weeks ago at a client and while out today to do some user training and final configuration I've run into some issues with contacting the CUE module via telephone.  I can get to the CUE GUI and I can connect to the console of the CUE via CLI.  I've done basic network connectivity tests in addition to this (ping, telnet, etc) and that side seems fine.

The issue is when I call in to the voicemail pilot.  All calls to anything on the CUE (VM, AAs, prompt management) give a fast busy and displays the below debugs (using debug ccsip calls).  I have attached the CME running config as well as the output from a debug voip ccapi.

I can attach the config of the CUE module if necessary.  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

Addtional debugs from "debug ip tcp transaction" available below.  This is what I get when calling to 600, the voicemail pilot

Hello c.holloway,

If you are not able to reach CUE though the CLI you may try to reset it using:

ser in 0/0 reset

If this is not working and you cannot connect to the CUE cli it is good idea to open a case with SBSC.

HTH,

Alex
