Calls to Toll free Number not getting connected

Calls made to toll free numvber not workung in uc560.

I just went through this.

What is your outgoing callerID set to?

If I set our outgoing callerid to a 1-800 or 1-855 (i.e. a toll free number) it would not connect to any toll free numbers I was calling.  As soon as I changed it to our local number its worked since.

sorry i didnt get you ...if you dont mind can you check the commands and let me know what commands i need to add extra..or what i need to chnage actually.

I used the CCA do make this change.

Open up the CCA, configure - telephony - dial plan - outgoing.

See what your outgoing callerid is set to.
