can't access web interface (SPA504G, SPA502G)

Hi,

I'm pretty new for CISCO ip phone.

I've got CISCO SPA502G and SPA504G handsets and want to setup in my office.

All handsets in the office are Polycom IP 330 and 331, I'm replacing them to CISCO ones.

They were previously used in other company. 

When I plug in lan cable, it seems connect my network correctly because sub-net and gateway are the same as my pc.

On the led panel, it showed "Failed(No Response)".

However, when I tried to access web interface using handset IP address, it showed admin interface for about 10 seconds then page couldn't be accessed after that. When I ping the IP address, it returned "Reply from 192.168.0.182: Destination host unreachable".

Software version is 7.4.4 and hardware version is 1.0.4.

Is it because of previous settings?

I'm pretty sure all CISCO ones are unlocked.

So hard to analyze phone with unknown configuration. Reset phone to factory default.

If the issue will not be solved by it, then catch network configuration of the phone in question from power on to failing ping. It will help us to analyze the issue.

By the way, 7.4.4 is pretty ancient firmware version.
