Can't connect to SPA525G and SPA504G Web Interface | Firmware | Button assignment

Hi there,

we've got 6 SPA504G and 5 SPA525G IP-Phones.

They are connectet to two switches: ESW-520-P and then SG-300-28.

The 300 ends in the UC560.

When I try to access one of the phones Web Interface via browser, theres always an error: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Do you know how to solve this? Or where to show. I am using the CCA 3.2

I also can't update the firmware from the phones, or is it possible to do this in CCA?

I have assignet a Phone Template, but 3 of the 5 SPA525G2-Phones don't show the buttons. Only more-button is displayed.

I am deeply stuck in this.

Did you ever find a resolution to this? I am having a similar problem.
