can't find CUCM/CUC/IM ISO images on BE6000S

Hi All, 

We just bought a BE6000S and during the implementation when we reach BE6000S ESXI data sore we didn’t find the CUCM/CUC/IM ISO images, nor the OVA templates and the ESXI license was not activated. 

when we check in the command line it show us that the applications is there, but when we try to connect to it via ESXi, we can't see it .. 

Can you please let us know what’s the problem here? And how we can solve this issue?
